what do you mean firewall? how would that affect gameplay? either way? how do i allow it in firewall? sorry im no tech expert or anything so i dont know some of these terms and stuff lol

You cannot move the EXE file out of it’s folder. You can create shortcut.

On the first start there will pop up window with firewall. You need to click Allow access option. Something like this:
